How long are photos available to view on the web site?

Usually 12 months.  However, if you would like to order older photos please contact me.

The search did not find any photos of me?

If you typed in the Event Prefix and your race number but no photos were found, it may be because your number was not visible in the photo.  You would need to look through the galleries for your event to identify your photo from the thumbnail photos.  Unfortunately, we can't guarantee getting a photo of every person.

How can I find the Search prefix for my event?

The search prefix is shown at the top of the page which is displayed after clicking on the event name in the drop down list box on the Home page.

When will I get my digital photos?

Digital photos will be emailed to you within 24 hours.

Can my photo be cropped?

You can crop the photo when you place your order.  The 'Preview and Configure' section will let you crop the photo.

When will I get the prints that I ordered?

Allow up to 14 days for prints.

Can I pay for photos without using PayPal?

You don't need to set-up a PayPal account, payments can be made by credit card or if you prefer contact me for details on bank transfer or payment by cheque.

I have a discount coupon code, how do I use it?

Place your order, then at the confirmation stage you will see a place to enter your coupon code.  Next to the code you will see the word 'Apply', click on 'Apply' and you will see the total amount of your order is adjusted.
